Vietnamese authorities say they are mystified as to who owns a Boeing 727 which has been abandoned at Hanoi's Noi Bai airport. A set of "L" Plates and Fluffy Dice are also still waiting to be claimed by the pilot as well as the bemused 200 passengers on the flight.
