GQ Magazine has today denied rumours that their new fashion editor is to be Ken Dodd the famous Liverpool Comedian. GQ (Garish Queg’s) a high street fashion bible was one of last years top fashion magazines. A spokesman for the magazine confirmed in no uncertain terms that they were not at any stage even considering such a move. We took to the streets to see what you the general public thought of this burning issue.“When I heard the rumour I was flabbergasted. One of the 20th Centuries living Icons to be fashion editor to such an award winning fashion magazine, I thought brilliant. At last one of my fashion heroes was being rewarded for his cutting edge clothes range and top salon stylised hair cuts. When I was then told it was a big fat lie I will be honest I cried real men’s tears.”- David Scott Old Swan, Liverpool.
